Registered Land Surveyor #4166
DESCRIPTION:
Austin, TX area company seeks a candidate for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor position.
Candidate will serve as a project managerover multiple surveying projects
The ideal applicant will have at least 2 to 3 years experience as a RPLS (Texas license and Austin area experience
preferred) and project management experience on various survey projects including, but not limited to:
boundary, topographic,right-of-way maps, horizontal and vertical control networks for GPS and preparation of metes and bounds
descriptions.
Experience with TxDOT and municipal survey projects is preferred.
Jobsites visits will be essential so applicant should be willing to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Software knowledge should include Trimble Geomatics Office version 1.5, GPS Pathfinder Office version 2.7, Javad PC CDU,
and Trimble GeoExplorer 3 Version 1.02.
GIS and ArcView experience is also beneficial.
