Staff Geotechnical Engineer #4155
DESCRIPTION:
An Atlanta, GA company seeks a candidate for a Staff Geotechnical Engineer position
The Staff Geotechnical Engineer is an entry level engineer or geologist with 0 to 3 years experience
in both general construction practices and in geotechnical engineering.
Individual should have a 4 year degree in Civil Engineering or Geology or has
completed several years in a degree program for Civil or Construction Engineering.
The Staff Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for assisting Project Engineers and Project
Managers with management of Geotechnical explorations, performing boring layout,
clearing utilities, supervising drill rigs, classifying soils, supervising lab testing,
performing CAD drafting and writing Geotechnical reports.
Additionally the Staff Engineer may be responsible for supervision of field technicians
during the construction services phase of the work, monitoring job progress, ECS
performance, and project status.

Sr Geotechnical Engineer #4106
DESCRIPTION:
An Atlanta, GA company seeks a candidate for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer position to conduct
geotechnical explorations for office buildings, dams, airports,roadways, tunnels, landfills, industrial plants
and other civil engineering works.
Manage construction quality control testing and inspection during site development and construction of structures.
Participate in project management, field observations, data reduction, computer modeling and report preparation.
Minimum requirements include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, PE licensed in GA with 5-10 years plus experience in Geotechnical engineering,
Geotechnical laboratory analyses, civil engineering infrastructure, topographic site planning, soil and groundwater assessment and remediation, sanitary engineering,
hydrology, construction and environmental and site permitting.
This is a leadership position and prior business development, technical and project management experience is essential.
MS is preferred.
